Collection: Services

Here at Back to Nature we offer four different types of services: Fascia Blasting, Assisted Stretch, Nutritional Coaching and Cavitation. We also offer our Nutritional Services virtually for those that are not local. 

If you are new to our services please make sure you sign up for one of our consultations prior to a full session to ensure the program is right for you. Please be advised that there is paperwork that needs to be filled prior to visit for each Service. You can find the links in the Service description. 

To book an appointment for services please scroll down to product details or "View full details" to take you directly to the service page. You should be able to "schedule an appointment" or you can schedule your appointment by calling 615-562-1164! 

For assisted stretch services grip socks are required, if you do not have any we offer them in house for a fee of $8 a pair. 

Please be advised that there is a free 2 hour parking near our center. We do have a free parking garage at 111 west vine street, Murfreesboro, TN, 37130 available for you to use if you suspect you will need more than 2 hours.
